Which playbook fits my business?
Match your trade or the software your office runs. The catalog carries 21 playbooks — trades like electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, contracting, auto repair, and pest control; practice businesses like dentistry, veterinary, bookkeeping, real estate, restaurants, and salons; and the tools behind them (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, Dentrix, social media). Every product page says exactly what its playbook covers.
What's the difference between a playbook, a forms pack, and a bundle?
A playbook ($37) is the workflow system: copy-and-paste prompts and step-by-step procedures for your trade's intake, bids, scheduling, follow-up, and documentation. A forms pack ($19) is the ready-to-use paperwork — intake, estimates, change orders, and sign-offs. A bundle ($49–$59) pairs the two at a discount: most save $7, and the QuickBooks Online + Jobber Starter Pack saves $15.
What do I get when I buy?
PDFs, delivered at checkout: your delivery email carries signed download links for every file in the order. Playbooks run from concise working guides to the 36-page QuickBooks Online edition — page counts are on the product pages. There is no subscription and nothing else to install.
Do I need an AI account or tech skills?
You need access to an AI chat tool to paste the prompts into — the playbooks are written to be tool-agnostic and in plain English. No tech background is required: each workflow is a numbered sequence with the prompt ready to copy, the inputs to fill in, and what to check in the output.
Is my trade covered? It's not in the catalog.
The library grows trade by trade. If your trade isn't listed yet, tell us what you run — new playbooks get built for the trades owners ask about most.
